Now, back to the Easter Gratitude Journal!

I created this book to help spread joy and love to people at Easter.

Lent is a 40 day season of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving that begins on Ash Wednesday and ends at sundown on Holy Thursday. It’s a period of preparation to celebrate the Lord’s Resurrection at Easter, according to the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops.

I will begin by giving you a sneak peek at some of the journal prompts in the book, below. To access the complete book in its entirety, CLICK HERE! The book will then be yours, at your fingertips, or you can save it to your device.

The book is broken down into several mini chapters. They are the following:

Being Thankful

Finding Joy

Spring Healing

Serving Others

Showing Love

Hope for the Future

Check out what some of the pages look like, below.

As promised, here is a sneak peek at the first section of the book, “Being Thankful.” (scroll down to view!)

Journal Prompts: Being Thankful

Why do I appreciate Jesus?

What does the cross mean to me?

Write about how you would describe the feeling of being thankful to a child.

Have you ever been fearful before a situation is resolved? Write about the feeling of hope, and how it relates to Easter.

Choose one family member and write about how you are thankful for that person.

Does the spring season bring about a sense of gratitude from within you? Talk about that for a moment.

What are two ways you could show gratitude to your community during Lent and at Easter? How is this holiday different for you than others?

Write about an Easter tradition you are thankful for.

Describe three people you are thankful for, and their significance in your life story.

What mistake or failures are you thankful for?
