3 new journal prompts for the week

We’re focusing on intentional eating and drinking. Perfect timing, since warmer weather is on the way for many of us!

Journal prompt 1: Write about your water intake this past week. 💧

How much water did you drink and what was your energy level as a result? Are you feeling drained or energized? How do you think your energy level relates to your water intake? 💦 ⠀

Journal prompt 2: Discuss one intentional action you want to take this coming week, or one you just carried out. Deciding to drink one extra glass of water per day? Meal prepping ahead of time to be sure you replace sugary snacks with leafy greens or legumes instead? Whatever it is, it must be measurable, meaning you can clearly see whether or not you took the action. ⠀

Journal prompt 3: Talk about intuitive eating. Do you listen to the inner voice telling you what foods, or how much water you need? Are you ignoring your intuition when it comes to your eating habits? Are you in tune with your body’s needs? Write about that.

Well, that’s it for now! See you next week with 3 more brand new journal prompts. Don’t forget to grab your Healthy Eating JournalACCESS NOW!
