Now, back to the journal prompts!

Today’s three new journal prompts are below. Enjoy!

Journal prompt 1: Talk about a win you had this week regarding intuitive eating. Discuss a time you recall when you really listened to that inner voice telling you what your body needs.

Journal prompt 2: Describe one of your favorite parts of the Healthy Eating Journal we’ve been using this week. Was it the food and mood tracker? The healthy eating affirmations page? Or, daily reflection sheets? There were quite a few useful trackers and worksheets in this one, so you can choose one to focus on. Tell why it was useful for you.

Journal prompt 3: If you could give one piece of advice to someone about healthy eating, what would it be? What is something valuable they should know about staying consistent, yet patient with themselves?

Well, that’s it for this week. Next week, we start a new mini series on Gratitude Journal Prompts.

See you soon!

P.S. Don’t forget to download the Happy Easter Gratitude Journal. It’s where a lot of our journal prompts will come from for the next three weeks! Get a free copy of that journal, HERE.
