3 journal prompts for de-cluttering your workout schedule

Welcome

Hey friend! We’re back this week to talk about your workout schedule and how you can clean up your calendar so you can maximize your potential for reaching your desired fitness levels.

Go ahead and download your Fitness Manifestation Journal: Ultimate Food + Mood Tracker HERE so you can follow along with us.

Every week, we get three new journal prompts. So, here are the new ones for this week.

Journal prompt 1: Write down three different exercise activities that you love doing.

Now, narrow it down to choosing only one, if you had to absolutely choose the one that gets you the most results and also one that you know you will stick with.

So, you might love yoga, but you can’t choose it right now because honestly, you can’t always get to the gym on time. However, you might choose running, or a home workout, because you know you can stay consistent with those.

The point is to narrow it down to something you will stick with and that you will actually do!

Journal prompt 2: Discuss your routine for getting ready to work out. Write down three ways you could make it easier for yourself to get moving. For instance, setting out your clothes ahead of time. Or, having your water ready ahead of time, or your post-workout meals ready to go.

Talk about ways to make your life easier and how you can cut down on wasting valuable time.

Journal prompt 3: What is one small win you have had this week?

For example, “I worked out even though I had 2 minutes to get ready and lost my keys beforehand.” It might be small, but it’s one step to getting on your way to crushing your goals.

Celebrating the small wins is key.
