This week’s journal prompts:

Journal prompt 1: Talk about being hydrated. Describe what it feels like to be hydrated vs. dehydrated. Do you feel more open when you’re drinking enough water? Do you experience fewer headaches? Let’s dig into our feelings about how many healthy fluids we’re consuming. Click HERE for the Water Intake Tracker!

Journal prompt 2: Get out your Water Intake Tracker, part of the Fitness Manifestation Journal [GET IT HERE!] and use this tracker this week to journal about your water intake and your plans for staying hydrated despite your busy schedule.

Journal prompt 3: Discuss your exercise plan this week, and how your hydration levels affect your ability to move. Is it easier to go for a run if you’ve had water instead of coffee? Does the amount of water you drink affect your flexibility at all, or make it easier on your joints to move when lifting weights or while you’re doing interval training? Discuss!

Final Thoughts

I personally know that when I drink enough water, I feel like it’s easier for me to move, my joints feel better, and I feel more stable.

I also experience better endurance levels when I drink more water instead of coffee, although I do love coffee. I just make sure to get enough water and vitamins, as well!
