Even if you’re not in the middle of a workout, it’s good to keep your mind sharp and your heart and soul committed to a healthy lifestyle, just as much as your body.

I know this, because I’ve found when I’ve taken steps such as journaling, praying and meditation throughout my day, in addition to workouts, I generate way better results. Like sticking to my word when it comes to showing up for myself, for starters.
