Today, we’re focusing on a quick worksheet I’ve created for you that will help you to manifest daily “micro-goals.”

I’ve found that many of my clients, and the clients of my clients, have more success from breaking down big goals and semi-big goals into micro-goals, rather than diving into huge things, getting overwhelmed, and taking no action at all.

How to use:

Fill out the journal each morning.

Take 2 minutes to actually visualize in your head the things you write in the boxes.

Brainstorm ways that things could come to fruition the way you want. There are multiple ways for things to happen.

Re-visit the list in the evening. Reflect on your day, take another 2 minutes to journal before bed, possibly writing down things you think went well, and things you would change. Done!
