Welcome

In this article, I’m going over how you can use this 50-page Winter Manifestation Journal Bundle I created for those who want to take their journaling a little deeper.

I’ll also talk about some free and easy ways you can start a journal, some inspiring ideas to get started, and even some really cool themed and seasonal journals you can take advantage of.

Journaling can be a game changer when it comes to maintaining mental health. There is something about writing and getting your thoughts out that is very therapeutic.

Sometimes, it can be hard at first to start. It can be debilitating to sit there and not know what to write. Also, it’s pretty normal to feel weird when you start writing. That’s why I started creating journaling books and guides, to help people through this process.

It it totally normal to resist journaling. It can be scary to see your thoughts on paper. But try it once and tell yourself you can throw away the paper as soon as you want to. Just give it a try.

I started journaling a lot when my younger brother died of an overdose in 2016 at the young age of 28. I also sought counseling and life coaching, but journaling has been key for me, as well.

I’m Holly Ecimovic, I create books and journals for health and emotional wellness, and for those who love personal development + fitness. (Grab my Fitness Manifestation Journal, here!)

I also design journals. Download all my freebies for your coaching clients, or treat yourself, over here in my Free Stuff Vault [ACCESS NOW.]

What Is A Manifestation Journal?

A Manifestation Journal is basically a journal in which you record all of the things you want, all of the feelings you desire, your goals, hopes, plans and dreams - and you come back to it again and again to realign your personal energy with what you ultimately want or who you want to become. That’s how I describe it, but many people describe Manifestation Journals in their own ways.

I like to think of it as a way to write down what you want, and remind yourself that you can have it - you just have to remember to stay on track and make decisions that align with what you ultimately want. It’s okay to get sidetracked once in a while of course, because we are human, and it’s normal. Nothing has gone wrong! I personally get sidetracked all the time. It’s no problem, just keep going.

As a journal creator myself, I highly recommend using Promptly Journals if you’re looking to just start writing. Click here to save 10% off your first order! I love the Self-Love Journals and the Gratitude ones.

Why Use A Manifestation Journal?

Using a manifestation journal is a great way to stay intentional, maintain integrity with yourself, and to remember what it is you’re fighting for.

Every day of your life will provide you more opportunities to either stay on track, or get distracted. You can stay ahead of the game by journaling for 10 minutes each morning, or just set aside a time to do it whenever you want, consistently, each day. This will help you to stay laser focused on accomplishing your goals!

Everyone is different, with different goals and dreams, so there is no right or wrong way to start journaling. The best idea is to just start! Use this journal, HERE, to get started today! Or, you can take a look at the hundreds of manifestation journal templates I have created for you HERE in my Free Stuff Vault. Enjoy!

Tips On Using Your Manifestation Journal:

Set aside a designated amount of time each day to journal.

Some people like to set a timer for 20 minutes and write in the journal during that time frame, around the same time each day, whether it be morning, or before bed. Those times may be optimal because it might be easier to get into a peaceful mindset when it’s closer to dawn, or dusk.

Next, do not overwhelm your brain; just focus on one journal prompt per writing session, or maybe two. Simplicity is best when you start out.

Reflect at the end of the week and check in to see if you’re staying aligned with what you want.

What does that mean?

You can ask yourself, am I taking actions that match up with what I say I really want? If the answer is no, don’t judge yourself, just notice it. You may want to change your goals, or set different time frames for accomplishing those goals.

Be sure to celebrate the small wins! It’s supposed to be fun. When you are journaling, you get the opportunity to see your own mind. You can also reinvent yourself day in and day out creatively, and that will lead to a transformation when the time is right.

How This Manifestation Journal Is Different?

I made these three Manifestation Journals with the seasons in mind. Each journal inside this Journal Bundle was carefully designed by me, and you get three seasons; below are the journals you will find:

Winter Manifestation Journal: A Personal Journey

Sage Midnight: Ultimate Manifestation Journal

Fading Summer: Manifestation Journal

(You also get the bonus Fabulous Journaling Sheet Checklist - see it, HERE!)

These manifestation journals are different because I created the prompts for you to get you in the mindset of peace.

They are nature-themed. When I started journaling several years ago to relieve the pain and anguish I suffered as a result of my younger brother’s death, I found that writing and journaling while in nature, or incorporating nature into my writing really helped me to work through the pain - and also helped me to be the person I want to be each day.

I did not want to live a life of pain and grief and loss, and journaling helped me to step out of that realm and into reality - the reality that I still have a life to live here on Earth and I intend to live it well, despite my loved ones having passed on.

I did not want to keep re-living the pain, re-living the past, and acting out. I did not want to become cynical, living with a veil over my eyes consisting of fear, depression, and hopelessness. I had to choose to channel my energy better.

So, I created this Winter Manifestation Journal Bundle to provide you dozens of manifestation journal prompts, along with self-care worksheets and the My Ideal Self section for inspiration and transformation during this season of your life.

It also comes with 2-minute manifestation sheets (2), money mindset worksheets, mood trackers and inspirational quotes. Get cozy, comfortable, and dive into it today! The journals are fun, can be personalized, and will help you overcome struggles that you may be facing. I wouldn’t have published them if I did not believe they could help you!
