Welcome!

Hey friend,

Below you'll find a gold mine if you're interested in the power of journaling, the power of your own awesome brain, and tools to make you your best.

It’s a list of really amazing books and journals to read to feel better.

Books that will help you learn to find the power within you!

It might sound cliche but it’s true, you have unique qualities and powers inside that you may not recognize when you feel like you’re “at your worst.”

Lack of motivation = no action taking.

Let’s start with some reading material to help you figure out your goals, and crush them.

I've researched and read books on journaling and the power of goal setting for many years, and three things consistently come up.

They are: the power of writing down your goals;

the power of your thoughts, planning and taking action;

and the importance of grit (digging deep to stay the course.)

Before we get started, here’s a quick background on me.

I’m Holly Ecimovic, I create books and journals for health and wellness coaches, and for those who love personal development + fitness.

I also design journals. Download all my freebies for your coaching clients, or treat yourself, over here in my Free Stuff Vault [ACCESS NOW.]

The Books (List)

While we're on that topic, here are the awesome books and actual journals you can check out, if you want to learn more about achieving what seems impossible.

1. Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, by Dr. Joe Dispenza

2. The Self Love Workbook, by Dr. Shainna Ali

3. Grace, Not Perfection, by Emily Ley

4. Everything is Figureoutable, by Marie Forleo

5. The Best Yes, by Lisa TerKeurst

6. Loving What Is, by Byron Katie

7. The Purpose Driven Life, by Pastor Rick Warren

8. The 5 Second Rule, by Mel Robbins

People ask me all the time what books have helped me, and so here's a few above in that list you can check out.

I've read all these, used them, applied them, and I highly recommend them.

I also have another journal you’d probably like.
