How to use your Fitness Manifestation Journal

How to use your fitness journal

Welcome

Congratulations!

If you’re on this page, you’ve either purchased your Fitness Manifestation Journal, or you’re learning more about it now, and how to use it.

Have you ever been stuck in a rut when it comes to health and fitness?

Do you ever stop and think, ‘wow, this is boring/not rewarding/not worth it because I feel like it won’t happen,’ when it comes to taking the actions to eat healthier foods, drink more water, and exercise the way you want to?

This journal is for you!

It’s called the Fitness Manifestation Journal: Ultimate Food & Mood Tracker. I created it because a lot of people have been requesting more worksheets and journals about fitness. So, I’m happy to announce, it’s here!

(Below, you’ll also find pictures of what some of the journal pages look like.) Sneak peek!

Quick background about me, I’m Holly Ecimovic, I create digital products for health and wellness coaches, and for those who love personal development. I also design journals. Download all my freebies for your coaching clients, or treat yourself, over here in my Free Stuff Vault [ACCESS NOW.]

I’ve been a digital editor for more than 11 years, but I also am a certified Les Mills BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT instructor (fun facts!) so these wellness tools I’ve made for you are straight from my heart, and experience in the fitness realm!

This journal is not only designed with love by me, but I incorporated a lot of spring aesthetics into it, as well as a variety of tools for you — here is the breakdown below of what you receive:

  • Food + Mood Tracker

  • Best Self Sheet

  • Fitness Goals Page

  • Manifestation Journal + Prompts

  • Health and Wellness Affirmations

  • Two Inspirational Posters

  • List of Attractions Sheet

  • Mood Tracker (monthly)

  • Vibration Checklist

  • Mindful Eating Sheet

  • Intuitive Eating Prompts + Hunger Scale

  • Monthly Meal Planner

  • Food Shopping List Sheets

  • Notes Pages

How to use the journal

If you love diving in and doing everything all at once, that is completely fine!

Another way you could use this fitness journal is to focus on one page per day or per week. Then you can really zero in on what it is you want to achieve.

Each page is different, so if you want, you could section off the worksheets and group them similarly, and complete similar ones together. Or, you could take one page per day and do it.

The monthly and weekly planners of course can be used for those specific months and dates you fill in.

Enjoy!

Sincerely,

Holly “I heart journaling” Ecimovic (Grab the journal, HERE)
