Welcome

Today, we’re going to focus on one journal in particular, called the Sage Midnight: Ultimate Manifestation Journal.

Unlike other journals I’ve created for you before (see all the free journals, HERE), Sage is a lot different. It’s also brand new!

I designed Sage to be more of a Manifestation type journal rather than a Gratitude Journal, or Habit Journal, simply because I wanted to give ya’ll something new.

You might have seen my other journals in the past, where I include for you multiple different journal prompts, worksheets and anxiety relief quotes and other pages. But Sage has more than that, it’s a step into a dark nature setting where you can journal and practice visualization - a great supplemental activity for before or after your meditation practice!

Before we get started, here’s a quick background on me.

I’m Holly Ecimovic, I create books and journals for health and wellness coaches, and for those who love personal development + fitness.

I also design journals. Download all my freebies for your coaching clients, or treat yourself, over here in my Free Stuff Vault [ACCESS NOW.]

Next, let’s talk more about how using your Sage Midnight: Ultimate Manifestation Journal can help you get results when it comes to revealing your inner desires, potential, and needs. (It’s also really fun!)

Tips for Using this Journal

"Open your eyes, breathe deeply, and enter the forest..."

(Follow along with us, HERE.)

It's different than any of the other journals or workbooks you've seen from me before.

I think of it as a "Manifestation-Meets-Gothic-Mystical-Dreamer" type of journal. I am so glad so many of you have loved it so far!

(Read journal testimonials, HERE.)

Below I will go over some suggestions on how to start using the journal, but you don’t have to follow these steps if they don’t work for you.

Find time when you want to journal, and go for it.

Whether you're using it to build out your dreams, get things off your mind, or to escape, you're not alone.

Lots of people are using Manifestation Journals, but I promise you, this one is very unique, and I made it just for you!

Sage Midnight: Ultimate Manifestation Journal is mystical, yet useful.

Intriguing, yet practical.

Simple in its complexity.

See it for yourself, HERE.

It even comes with a BONUS journal, 200 Journal Prompts for Relaxation + Reflecting in Nature. You can also get that journal by filling out your email address on the top of this page!

Remember...'Close your eyes, feel the wind brush over your shoulders, and look towards the brand new day.'

Tips on using the journal:

  • Designate a certain time of day to journal. Could be morning, or maybe before bed. This helps you stay consistent.

  • Set a timer for 15 minutes, or so, to journal. That way you don’t feel pressure…you can also build constraints around your journaling time, often resulting in you getting more out of the process than if you don’t set a time for journaling intentionally.

  • Choose one or two prompts to focus on at a time. This makes it easier for your brain to work and to focus.

  • Keep a pen and paper next to your bedside or nightstand. You might find yourself waking up with tons of new ideas once your creativity starts to become ignited through journaling!

  • Take 2 minutes to actually visualize in your head the things you write in the boxes. (There are some pages with boxes to fill in.)

  • Brainstorm ways that things could come to fruition the way you want. There are multiple ways for things to happen.

  • Re-visit what you wrote in the evening, or at a later time after you write it. Reflect; take another 2 minutes to journal about any progress you feel you’ve made while writing as of late.

  • Have fun, and don’t take things too seriously!
